The evening, in four parts.
I.The Wine Tasting
A guided tasting with the experts behind the wines. Learn how to taste, what sets each grape and region apart, and what to look for in the glass — no prior knowledge needed.
II.The Wine Bar
Reds, whites and rosé by the glass. Go back to the favourites you discovered at the tasting.
III.Bites & Grill
Small plates from the Omundo kitchen and generous cuts from the grill, served through the evening and chosen to pair with the wines.
IV.The Dance Floor
When the glasses rise, the DJ takes the room — until two in the morning.
